VTA Analytical Department

A central analytical department is assigned to the VTA test centre and tolling facilities. The laboratory and pilot trials are monitored by means of suitable analytical methods by qualified and experienced professionals. The distillation conditions will be varied until the desired results are achieved accordingly.

The analysis of incoming raw materials and purified products as well as the process controls for the toll distillation are carried out and documented at the central analytical department.

Retained samples of all raw materials and purified products will be kept for at least three years.

In this way VTA obtains a completely documented data base for the evaluation of products and processes.
